Just had to e-mail you about the wonderful cake you made for the Marden wedding on 19th July.
Everyone commented on not only how good it looked but on the great taste. The chocolate, carrot and plain tiers disappeared on the night and the fruit cake stayed moist till it was eaten (That didn't take long).

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful wedding cake you made for us a couple of weeks ago. It was even better than I thought it would be!
We had a picture taken at the reception in Strathpeffer, of us cutting the wedding cake, then we decided that it looked so good, we took it home, and had it on show at the Wedding Dance in Wick the following night.

Everyone was commenting on how unusual it was, and asking who had made it. It tasted so good as well - it soon disappeared!
We had a great day, and couldn't have asked for better weather, which was just as well, seeing as it was an outdoor wedding!
